AR-Land Comm: [Update] Bryant Denies Involvement With Email

I just received a voicemail from L.J. Bryant, saying:

I’m trying to figure out what’s going on.  I didn’t send those emails. Apparently someone has done a good job [faking the emails].

My gut reaction is that, if he’s not being honest here, he’s just digging a hole, which makes me think he could be telling the truth.
So, as they say, the plot thickens.
UPDATE [reposted this from the previous post]: The more I think about this, the stranger it becomes.  I mean, assuming these are legit, had Bryant been forthcoming about his role in the website’s creation, it would have been scarcely different from Blanche Lincoln’s greedybillhalter.com site.  Sure, that might have turned some people off, but I have to imagine it was a less-risky maneuver than hoping no one would find out the truth.
