SD-21: Chad Neill Fined $21K For Doing Business Without License

The Arkansas Securities Department, apparently unpersuaded by the inane and meritless arguments of supporters of Chad Niell, has fined the State Senate candidate $21,000.00 for engaging in money-transfer services for three years without a license.
Here is the consent order.  It was agreed to by Niell on September 13 in order to avoid any further legal action against his company for the violations.  Niell has ten days from yesterday in which to pay the fine.
Wait…September 13?  You mean the day after the second post on this whole issue?  And four days after Keith Emis assured everyone that the whole thing was taken care of and was a non-issue now?  Oh, ok.
